Thank you for shopping with LiiNaturalz. We value our customers and want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Oils, creams, sprays, or any hair care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Items labeled as final sale.

Return Conditions:

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are returned in the exact condition received.
Any product showing signs of use, alteration, or damage (including broken seals) will not be eligible for return.
For wigs, units, or hair extensions: once worn, styled, or altered, they cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@liinatural.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@liinatural.com with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Final Sale Items:

Certain promotions or clearance items may be marked final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
